自然殺傷細(xì)胞(natural killer cell,NK)是機(jī)體重要的免疫細(xì)胞,不僅與抗腫瘤、 抗病毒感染和免疫調(diào)節(jié)有關(guān),而且在某些情況下參與超敏反應(yīng)和自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生。

人流式抗體試劑盒4C007可用于一步法鑒定和計(jì)數(shù)T細(xì)胞,B細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞。CD16/CD56是抗人CD16(克隆號(hào)LNK16)和抗人CD56(克隆號(hào)MEM-188)的混合抗體。左圖為使用流式抗體試劑盒4C007對(duì)人淋巴細(xì)胞流式染色結(jié)果。CD3-(CD16/CD56)+為NK細(xì)胞。

人CD16又稱FcγRIIIA,IgG Fc段低親和力受體。不同人NK細(xì)胞亞群CD16表達(dá)水平不同,而且抗體依賴性細(xì)胞毒作用(antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity)也有差異。左圖為使用mouse anti human CD16(MCA1193)對(duì)人外周血單核細(xì)胞流式染色結(jié)果。
