研發(fā)背景
D665單克隆抗體可與小鼠CD28反應(yīng)。CD28是T細(xì)胞中關(guān)鍵的共刺激受體，同時(shí)也是Ig超家族成員之一，其主要由胸腺細(xì)胞、大部分外周血T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞表達(dá)。CD28是CD80 (B7-1)和CD86 (B7-2)的受體。通過CD28信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)可誘導(dǎo)IL-2和IL-2受體表達(dá)和T細(xì)胞增殖。D665抗體是一種CD28超激動(dòng)劑，在多種小鼠疾病模型中常用來誘導(dǎo)Treg細(xì)胞在體內(nèi)的擴(kuò)增。
