InvivoGen提供一系列人源和鼠源細(xì)胞系以供研究由PRR配體或細(xì)胞因子激發(fā)的信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng)中蛋白質(zhì)發(fā)揮的作用。
在具有NF-κB, IRFs, NFAT, 或AhR轉(zhuǎn)錄因子元件的啟動(dòng)子的控制下,這些細(xì)胞均可以表達(dá)SEAP分泌型堿性磷酸酶或Lucia熒光素酶報(bào)告基因。
部分細(xì)胞系會(huì)敲除特定表達(dá)基因以達(dá)到篩選的目的。
所有細(xì)胞系均通過不同方法進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的生物活性檢測(cè)(PCR, DNA測(cè)序,Western- Blot, FACS以及功能驗(yàn)證)。

*當(dāng)有兩個(gè)報(bào)告蛋白表示時(shí),第一個(gè)蛋白對(duì)應(yīng)第一條通路,第二個(gè)對(duì)應(yīng)第二條通路。
**雙重讀數(shù)表明在該通路中,當(dāng)?shù)诙€(gè)報(bào)告基因敲入后,轉(zhuǎn)錄因子被激活且指示基因被表達(dá)。因此該通路可以使用任何一個(gè)報(bào)告檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。
